Fulfillment Policy
These fulfillment policies govern all orders placed with AZTRT LLC.
Refund Policy
AZTRT offers refunds only in cases where a patient is medically disqualified from treatment after completing the initial consultation. In such cases, we refund the full amount minus the cost of lab testing or services already rendered. Once a prescription has been written and the medication shipped, no refunds are permitted due to the nature of prescription medications.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All medications are shipped via partner compounding pharmacies directly to the patient’s address on file. Shipping typically occurs within 5–7 business days of prescription approval. Shipping is only available to U.S. addresses in states where our providers are licensed and where medication delivery is permitted by law.
Return Policy
Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications. All sales are final once medication has been shipped. If a medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Patients may cancel their subscription at any time after the 3-month minimum commitment by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds are issued for past subscription periods.
